After school sports is an important part of the North Point community. The value of educational athletics helps to serve as a growing point for student athletes and these co-curricular activities help to develop character, soft skills, individual potential, and hidden talents while fostering teamwork, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.

 

Students in Gr 7 - 12 have the opportunity to take part league play against other city schools in a variety of different sports:

FALL SEASON:  September to November
(cross country running, golf, volleyball, ultimate)

WINTER SEASON: December to March
(curling, basketball, wrestling)

SPRING SEASON: April to June
(badminton, team handball, soccer, track and field
